✧・゚: *✧・゚:* MY MANUSCRIPT FINDINGS *:・゚✧*:・゚✧
These are the pages I've found scattered around campus and near Cauldron Lake. They seem to tell a story, but the words keep changing. Some passages are redacted by some unknown force. Hover over the blacked-out sections to reveal what's beneath.
Page #17 - Found near the library
October 5, 2014 - The shadows have been moving again. I saw one take the form of a person, but when I blinked, it was gone. Dr. Hartman says it's sleep deprivation, but I know what I saw.
The words keep appearing in my notebook: "IT WAITS" over and over. I don't remember writing this.
Page #23 - Appeared in my dorm room
October 12, 2014 - The new typewriter is definitely haunted or something. Wrote a poem about light and when I came back, it had changed to be about the dark presence.
I found another page under my door this morning. It mentions Cauldron Lake and something about a "clicker". Why does that sound familiar?
Page #34 - Found near the lake shore
October 22, 2014 - The fog has been especially thick lately. I went to the lake to clear my head, but instead I found this page partially buried in the mud.
It's water damaged but I can make out some words: "ESCAPED", "WRITTEN", and "PRISON".
There's a drawing at the bottom of something that looks like an angel but with too many eyes. It's making my head hurt to look at it.
Page #41 - Appeared in my textbook
October 31, 2014 - Happy Halloween. The page appeared in my literature textbook today. It's the most disturbing one yet.
It describes someone named Alan Wake and his disappearance at Cauldron Lake. But the strange thing is, it's written in my handwriting, and I have no memory of writing it.
The last line sends chills down my spine: "YOU ARE NOW"
